A Christmas Parlor is a nostalgic holiday pop-up experience inspired by the classic filmA Christmas Story. Now in its fourth year at Flanker Salt Lake City, second year atFlanker Las Vegas (inside Mandalay Bay), and set to debut on the East Coast at Starchild New York, the activation has become a holiday tradition for guests nationwide.

My Role
Branded and creative direction for A Christmas Parlor, developing a concept that tied directly into the film’s iconic leg lamp motif and nostalgic tone.
Logo & Brand Identity: Designed a playful, instantly recognizable logo inspired by the film’s visual language.
Menu & Collateral Design: Created custom cocktail menus, drink coasters, and signage.
Environmental Design: Developed themed wallpaper, preset boxes, and decor to transform the venue.
Social & Digital Marketing: Conceptualized and produced all marketing assets including Facebook banners, Instagram stories, posts, and in-venue LED video displays to drive engagement and build hype.
Experience Cohesion: Ensured a seamless storytelling experience across all visual, digital, and physical touch points.
Result
A Christmas Parlor has grown into a signature seasonal activation, attracting thousands of guests annually. The strong visual identity and fully branded experience helped the concept expand from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas, and now to the East Coast in New York City.
The branding became a cornerstone of the event’s immersive, Instagram-worthy atmosphere, making it both a fan favorite and a driver of seasonal revenue for the venue.
